跑步,让生命更有质量,更加精彩

<p>前段时间,在鲁大操场上又遇到了老王大哥。12年前,我在这里认识他的时候,他刚好70岁。12年后,我在这里又见到他,老人的精神状态,说话的语气,几乎还是我初见他时的模样。老人一边跑,一边歪着头,笑呵呵的,故作精疲力尽的样子,朝我招手说,不行啦,不行啦,老啦,跑不动啦。</p><p> </p><p>老王大哥跑步的节奏,确实要慢了一些,比不上他70岁的时候,跑姿一如小伙子一般的轻盈。但是,一位82岁的老人,依然能够在跑道上长跑,还能练习百米冲刺,这件事的本身,就足以吸引多少羡慕的眼神。</p><p class="qf_image big noneditable" contenteditable="false"><img /></p><p> </p><p>去年的烟台马拉松,有一个视频,在网上火了很长时间。一位身形矫健的老人,在赛道上,面对别人的询问,居然把自己的年龄说少了十岁。</p><p> </p><p>这位老人姓曲,在烟台的跑友圈里,提起鸵鸟,老一代的跑友们几乎无人不晓。曲大哥的年龄可能接近80岁了吧。认识他超过十年了,在我的印象里,我们一起参加过的大大小小的比赛,我从来就没有跑赢过他。</p><p /></p><p> </p><p>牟平的老shou zhang也是我相识十多年的跑友,2014年的这个时候,我们就结伴参加过大连马拉松的比赛,至今,我们同场参加过的赛事,至少有十几场了。</p><p> </p><p>我认识老shou zhang那年,他就已经是退休老人,我尊称他为大叔。去年的烟台马拉松,七十多岁的他,全程马拉松的完赛成绩是四小时多一点点。在朋友圈里可以看到,没有比赛的日子,老人自己跑30 公里,属于寻常的操作。</p><p class="empty_paragraph"> </p><p class="qf_image big noneditable" contenteditable="false"><img /></p><p> </p><p>这些年,和我一起参加马拉松比赛的跑友,从大学教授,博士生导师,到各大医院的医生,科主任,骨科医生,心外科主任,肝胆科主任,外科主任……这其中,包括来自毓璜顶医院烟台山医院970医院等大医院的医生,这些完成过全程马拉松比赛的高级知识分子的数量,单单在烟台,超过了三位数。</p><p> </p><p>跑步18年,跑马拉松也11年了,被别人诅咒跑死跑废的话,亲耳听见的,不计其数。如果说我自己学历低,认知浅薄,如果跑马拉松真的是弊大于利,真的能早死,那么,这么多专业研究人身健康的医生们,他们也没有认知能力?</p><p class="empty_paragraph"> </p><p class="qf_image big noneditable" /></p><p> </p><p>跑马是为了让生命活得更长久,类似这样的说法,我从不认同。我更坚定地认为,跑步可以让我们的生命,活得更有质量,更加精彩,就像我认识的这些老大哥们。</p><p> </p><p>跑步伤膝盖,几乎成了所有不跑步的人,敌视跑步的第一理由。跑步伤膝盖吗?对于那些跑姿有问题的人来说,这是肯定的。有些人,走路都是撇拉撇拉的,不跑步,走路也伤膝盖,这种人如果再跑步,对膝盖的损伤,非常大。</p><p> </p><p>有些人,容易头脑发热,盲目地增大跑量,提高配速,也会因为身体的超负荷,而导致包括膝盖在内的损伤。</p><p /></p><p> </p><p>但是,对于大部分理性的跑者来说,跑步不但不可能伤膝盖,而且,会因为平常的力量训练,能使得膝盖周围的肌肉更加发达,这样,膝盖不但不容易受伤,而且还能得到更好的保护。</p><p> </p><p>前些年,我母亲在烟台山医院关节科做了双腿的膝关节置换手术。我在陪床期间,询问了同期同类手术的所有患者,没有任何一个人,平常坚持过跑步。</p><p> </p><p>万物皆有度,过度则生异。跑步亦是如此。无数次在文字里写过,跑步需要的不单单双腿,更多的,还是大脑。</p><p class="empty_paragraph"> </p><p class="qf_image big noneditable" contenteditable="false"><img
